Ranch Roasted Potatoes

This is a great side dish that takes little preparation and you don't have to worry about it. It is a great dish to go with basically anything. So yummy and crisp! Enjoy!

Ranch Roasted Potatoes
2 lbs. small red potatoes, quartered
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 packet Ranch salad dressing mix
Place potatoes in a gallon size storage bag. Pour oil over potatoes. Seal bag and toss to coat.

Add salad dressing mix; seal bag and toss again until coated.

Bake in ungreased baking pan at 450 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until potatoes are brown and crisp.
