Ranch Roasted Potatoes
2 lbs. small red potatoes, quartered
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 packet Ranch salad dressing mix
Place potatoes in a gallon size storage bag. Pour oil over potatoes. Seal bag and toss to coat.
Add salad dressing mix; seal bag and toss again until coated.
Bake in ungreased baking pan at 450 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until potatoes are brown and crisp.
These look delish...I will make them soon! Curtis saw them and said, "Those look yummy!" The best part...very few ingredients and easy to make!
