Parmesan Bow-Tie Skillet

This is a recipe I got from Kraft Foods. It is so good and creamy. I'm not a huge fan of ricotta, but thought I'd give it a try with this dish. It is so good and makes it that much better! Jacob LOVED it! But then again, he is a pasta kid, just like his mom! Enjoy!

Parmesan Bow-Tie Skillet
3 c. bow-tie pasta, cooked
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. ricotta cheese
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, divided
Combine pasta, spaghetti sauce, ricotta, 1/2 c. mozzarella, and 2 tbsp. Parmesan in a large skillet. Cook on medium heat 10 minutes, or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses; cover. Let stand 5 minutes or until mozzarella is melted.
***Can Add 2 c. cooked, cubed chicken to add variety to this.
