Beef Enchilada Casserole

This was for dinner tonight and so yummy. With the snow fall, it was the perfect warming dish. I love Mexican food and I love corn tortillas! Best of both. Enjoy!
Beef Enchilada Casserole
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. frozen corn
1 (15 oz.) can enchilada sauce
1 can green chilies (I left these out)
1 pkg. corn tortillas cut into strips
1/2 c. shredded cheese (I used more, enough to cover the top)
Spray 8 inch baking dish. Brown grown beef in skillet. Drain. Add corn, enchilada sauce, and green chilies. Mix well. Spoon 1/4 of the beef mixture into sprayed dish. Top with 1/3 of tortilla strips. Repeat layers 2 times, ending with beef mixture. Cover with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with cheese. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until casserole is bubbly and cheese is melted.
