Best Pumpkin Bars

These. Are. So. Good! These are the only pumpkin bars I will make. They are so yummy and moist and delicious!! Did I mention how good they are!? I cut the recipe in half because the regular recipe is too much for us. Or any gathering really. But amazing! The recipe on here is the whole recipe. Enjoy!
Pumpkin Bars
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 lrg. can pumpkin (29 oz.)
Chocolate chips or cream cheese frosting (or both)
Mix together eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla, and pumpkin. Fold in dry ingredients and chocolate chips. Pour into jelly roll pan (13x18). At this point, you can sprinkle pan with more chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Do not over bake. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
Cream Cheese Frosting (if frosting whole pan, double)
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
8 tbsp. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
Blend together cream cheese and butter until smooth. Beat in powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread on pumpkin bars.

  1. I can't believe I had to go clear back to Back-to-Basic Grilled Cheese!!! Where in the world have I been??

The pumpkin bars look so good - I have a recipe similar, but yours looks even better! I love, love, love the mummy dogs! Did Jacob like them? What a fun idea for Halloween!

Everything, as always, looked delicious! Love you!
