Chicken Parmesan Subs

This was a twist on our regular "frozen" night. On our menu I put in a night where it doesn't take much prep, just to give myself a break! This was super easy, tasty, and perfect!! It was from 101 things to do with chicken! Enjoy!

Chicken Parmesan Subs
4 chicken strips
2 cups spaghetti sauce
4 hoagie rolls
1 c. grated mozzarella cheese
Bake chicken according to package directions. Heat spaghetti sauce in a saucepan. When chicken is done, place a chicken breast onto a toasted roll. Spoon warm spaghetti sauce over chicken. Sprinkle 1/4 c. cheese over sauce. Serve immediately with remaining warm sauce for dipping. Serves 4.
