Enchilada Casserole

This is from my 101 Things to do with a Casserole. It was super good and reminded me of my childhood. We had stuff like this growing up and I still love it! Enjoy!
Enchilada Casserole
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1 can chili, any variety
1 can (8oz.) tomato sauce
1 can (10 oz.) enchilada sauce
1 bag (10 oz.) Frito corn chips, divided
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
sour cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine cooked beef, chili, tomato sauce, and enchilada sauce. Stir in 2/3 of the chips. Spread mixture into a greased 2 qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, 24-28 minutes, or until heated through. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake 5-8 minutes more or until cheese is melted. Makes 6 servings.
