
Mexican Rice
1 can (10-1/2 oz.) condensed chicken broth (1-1/3 cups)
1 cup Salsa
2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
1/4 lb. (4 oz.) Velveeta Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
Mix broth and salsa in medium saucepan. Bring to boil. Add rice and Velveeta; stir. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Stir until Velveeta is melted.
