Breaded Pork Chops

Yes, another pork chop recipe. I love pork chops and any way I can make them, I try it! This may be similar to other recipes I have on here, but totally different taste. It is from my Taste of Home 5 Ingredient Cookbook. I love this book and use it all the time. Enjoy!
Breaded Pork Chops
1 c. plain or Italian dry seasoned bread crumbs
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. bottled ranch salad dressing
6 pork chops (1/2 inch thick)
Combine bread crumbs and cheese in a shallow dish. Place dressing in another shallow dish. Dip pork chops in dressing, then coat in crumb mixture. Place in a 13x9 baking pan.

Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until pork chops are no longer pink.

  1. Hi Val!

Where have I been? I didn't even see that last two posts! Pork chops look so good - I also love pork chops. Looks like an easy fast recipe! Chocolate and marshmallows, now who could go wrong with that combination?! It looks and sounds really yummy! The fruit salad looks like one you could go to in a hurry - did you use your mom's yummy frozen raspberries... :0) You are such a good cook! Love you!
