Crock-pot Italian Chicken

Super easy. Super yummy. It is like chicken spaghetti in the crock pot. When Joe eats it and likes it, that is a great sign! It came from a Gooseberry cookbook. It would have more pictures, but the ones along the way all turned out bad. So the end result will have to work for now! Enjoy!
Italian Chicken
4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts, frozen
1 pkg. (1.5 oz.) spaghetti sauce mix
1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
Cooked penne pasta
Grated Parmesan cheese
Arrange frozen chicken in a slow cooker. Sprinkle with the sauce mix. Add tomatoes and sauce. Cover and cook on low setting for 7-8 hours or high for 3 1/2-4 1/2 hours. Serve over penne pasta, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
