French Toast
1 loaf of Texas toast
8-10 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
Cinnamon, to taste
In a pie pan or shallow bowl, mix the eggs and the milk together.
Add vanilla and cinnamon and mix together.
Dip bread in and turn over to cover both sides.
Put on griddle or frying pan on medium heat. Turn over after about 1-2 minutes.
If cutting, use cookie cutters and cut center out. Serve with butter and syrup.
