I totally spaced to get a picture of this as I was making it, and by the time I remembered, it was almost gone. But there are plenty to come of other things. This came from The Essential Mormon Cookbook. One of my favorites. It has a ton of yummy recipes. And this is beyond easy! Enjoy!
Tempting Tortilla Dip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. salsa
1 (15 oz.) can chili with no beans
Combine softened cream cheese, salsa, and chili in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until hot. Serve warm with tortilla chips. This is also great over taco salads or as a topping for tacos.
