Flaky Rolls

This was a recipe that was shared with us as a relief society. It was during one of the meetings and I've been dying to make is since. It is a great roll recipe and turned out wonderful!! This particular recipe can be used for anything, rolls, bread, cinnamon rolls, etc. It's perfect! Enjoy!

Flaky Rolls
2 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. yeast
Mix together and add:
2 eggs
3 c. flour
3 more c. flour
Make sure your warm water is luke warm (not too hot or cold). Then add the ingredients as listed and mix together. Take dough out of bowl, wash the bowl, and add 1-2 tbsp. of oil and coat dough. Let rise twice (punch down once and then let rise again) then put on a cookie sheet in balls to rise. This will take 30 minutes each to rise twice, and then 15-30 minutes to rise on the pan and then bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, then rotate pans for even cooking on top and bottom for 10 more minutes. Baste butter on the top when they come out of the oven. You can also make cinnamon rolls, bread, rolls, sticky buns, anything use your imagination. Easy!
