Omelets

This is the first time that I've ever braved the omelet territory. So glad I did. It was super easy. I just flew by the seat of my pants. Going from what I hear about making these. So they didn't come from on specific place. And I just added some fun stuff! Enjoy!

Omelets
4 eggs, mixed up
Shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. crumbled cooked sausage
2 slices bell peppers, chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
Heat a skillet to medium heat and add cooking spray or butter. Add eggs and let them set up, about 10-15 seconds. Until you can see white on the bottom of the eggs. When the omelet starts forming, add sausage, veggies, cheese, or anything else that you want to add. Fold in half and cook evenly on both sides.
