Parmesan Summer Squash

I have squash coming out of my ears. Seriously, I thought that we would be done with squash already, but it just keeps growing. Anyone need some? Because we have an over abundance of it. So I'm trying to think of any way to use it. So tonight for dinner, I just it up, seasoned it and cooked it. Simple and to the point. It was delicious and hit the spot right on for us. Well, me. Joe doesn't eat it. Why I planted 2 plants of it, I'm still asking myself that question! Enjoy!

Parmesan Summer Squash
1 summer squash
Garlic salt
Parmesan Cheese
Olive oil
Cut up the squash into little chunks and put into a greased 8x8 pan. Drizzle olive oil over it and then sprinkle on garlic salt. Toss to coat. Then sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
