Scrumptious Chicken

Don't worry, I'm done canning (for now!). I'm on to the regular recipes. Dinner, dessert, the good stuff! This one is from Fix It and Forget It Entertaining. It turned out great. Something that is simple, yummy, and perfect for the coming up colder months. Enjoy!

Scrumptious Chicken
8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
10¾ oz. can cream of mushroom, or cream of chicken soup
16 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Fresh basil or oregano, chopped
Place chicken in slow cooker. Combine all remaining ingredients except fresh herbs. Pour over chicken. Cover. Cook on low 6 hours. Stir after 3 hours of cooking. Sprinkle with fresh herbs just before serving. Serve with brown and wild rice, mixed, or couscous.
