7 Up Biscuits

Seriously, the best biscuits you will ever make.  And easiest. My mom told me about these a while ago and said that they were fabulous. I thought that I would get around to them and see if they were worth it.  Totally are!  I'm just sad that I didn't make them before!  I know it was a success because as we were finishing up dinner, Joe said "I wouldn't mind if you made those again...soon."  He even compared them the Chick-Fil-A Biscuits.  That is quite the accomplishment! I however, didn't use 7 Up. I used Sprite and they turned out just the same.  They are from Plain Chicken.  Enjoy!!

7 Up Biscuits
2 cups Bisquick
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup 7-up
1/4 cup melted butter

Preheat oven to 450.
Cut sour cream into biscuit mix, add 7-Up. Makes a very soft dough.

Sprinkle additional biscuit mix on board or table and pat dough out. Melt 1/4 cup butter in a 9 inch square pan.  Place cut biscuits in pan.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
