Cake Pops

Man, these are great. I love these little treats. They are time consuming, but fairly easy to do. They don't take much culinary skill, but look like they do. It is perfect for a party, baby shower, or just for fun! I did these a while ago, but I don't think I posted it. And if I did, here it goes again! Enjoy!
Cake Pops
1 cake mix (your choice)
Ingredients to make cake
1 container frosting (Your choice)
Chocolate chips
Make cake mix as directed on box. Let cool completely. Once it is cooled, crumble cake into a big bowl.
Add the container of frosting and mix thoroughly until crumbs and frosting are combined.
Roll into 1 inch balls and set on parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Put in freezer until they are hard. This makes it easy to work with.
Once to desired hardness, melt chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl. Heat in 15 second intervals to make sure that it doesn't burn. Mix in between each heating. Once heated, cover cake pops in chocolate and set back on parchment paper. You can add sprinkles if desired. Set in fridge until hardened. Enjoy!
