Crock Pot Honey Mustard Chicken

This was Delicious. With a capital D.  I didn't even know a dressing existed that was honey mustard. It was great. And one of the better ends of the deal, it made my house smell uh-mazing!  It is from Families on the Go cook book. I've used it several times and haven't been disappointed yet! Enjoy!

Crock Pot Honey Mustard Chicken
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 bottle of honey mustard dressing (Paul Newman's is what I used)
1 Bag baby carrots
Put all ingredients together in a slow cooker.  Cook on low for 6-8 hours.  Break chicken into pieces.  Serve over noodles or rice.
