Resurrection Rolls

I am a little late posting this, but then again, I was a little late doing them in general. We did this the day after Easter.  I wanted Jacob to know that there was more to Easter than candy and a bunny.  And I think he got a lot more of it than I originally thought. But these seriously helped.  I kind of explained along while putting the rolls together the story of Jesus and his death and resurrection (well, the best I could in 5 year old terms).  It was great.  And even better, the rolls were fantastic!  Enjoy!

Resurrection Rolls
Recipe from: Home Grown Mom
1 can crescent rolls
8 large marshmallows
melted butter (about 2-3 tbsp)
cinnamon sugar
Roll out dough and separate them into triangles.  Roll the marshmallow in the melted butter and then in the cinnamon sugar.  Wrap the marshmallow in the crescent roll and pinch the sides so that it seals off.  Cook rolls in oven preheated to 350 (or whatever the can says to cook them at) and cook for allotted time on package (12 minutes I think).  When done cooking the marshmallow will have oozed out a little and there won't be a marshmallow in the center anymore.  Hence, the resurrection part.
