Scotcheroos

I am going to end my little blog fest tonight with this fabulous recipe. I LOVE these, but had never made them.  They are so simple and so yummy.  They will disappear so fast, you will regret bringing them anywhere!  This recipe is from my sister in law and is a huge hit. Enjoy!


Scotcheroos
1 c. sugar
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. corn syrup
6 c. rice krispies
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. butterscotch chips
In a saucepan, combine sugar and corn syrup.  Heat to dissolve sugar and bring to boil; remove from heat and stir in peanut butter.  Add rice krispies and mix until well blended.  Press into buttered 9x13 greased pan.  In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate and butterscotch chips at 50% power at 30 second increments until melted and smooth.  Spread mixture over top of Rice Krispie mixture.  Let cool and cut into bar.
