This is the last of the Cafe Rio recipes. There are, however, tons more you can do with this. There is the pork recipe, the guacamole, salsa, black beans, etc. the list goes on and on! This one, again was from my mom. Also, this is the same picture fro the rice, but it was the only picture I got that had the dressing in it. Sorry for the repeat! Enjoy!
Creamy Tomatillo Salad Dressing
3 tbsp. Salsa verde
1/2 bunch cilantro
2 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 c. mayo
3/4 c. sour cream
Juice of 1 lime (about 2 tbsp.)
Buttermilk to thin
*To make homemade buttermilk, add 1 tbsp. vinegar to every cup of milk. Super simple.
Mix all ingredients together and serve.
I am so glad you post all of these recipes. For one- So I can just go on and get the recipe and two- so I can be so proud of you for being such a great cook, wife, mom, daughter, sister and friend. You are amazing. I love you, Mom
