Cheesy Chicken Penne

This was a wonderful, quick meal that can be thrown together super quick. I know the holidays are coming up and with school/sports/lessons/homework/life, things can get kinda crazy.  Having something like this on hand is amazing and a life saver when family is begging for food! This recipe is by my mom...again.  She is a fountain of amazing recipes and such an amazing cook.  It isn't really any surprise that she has provided me with most of my knowledge and recipes.  Enjoy!

Cheesy Chicken Penne

8 oz. uncooked penne
1 (16 oz.) loaf of velveeta, cubed
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1/2 c. milk
2 1/2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
Cook pasta according to the package.  Drain.  Meanwhile, cook cubed cheese, sour cream, and milk over medium-low heat, stirring constantly for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.  Stir in pasta and chicken and cook until thoroughly heated.
