Crockpot Creamy Chicken Soup

This is one of those versatile recipes that can be made either as a soup or you can omit some liquid and serve as nachos.  I don't know about you, but I love recipes like this, because they are yummy, but if you aren't in the mood for soup you can just make some nachos instead.  It is perfect and for the fall season that is upon us and great for those chilly nights! This recipe is from my friend recipe exchange.  Enjoy!

Crockpot Creamy Chicken Soup

1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can corn, with liquid
1 can rotel tomatoes, with liquid
1 package dry ranch dressing mix
1 tsp. cumin
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. onion powder
8 oz. cream cheese
4 chicken breasts
Combine and cook in crockpot on low for 6-8 hours.  Serve with corn chips or tortilla chips.  Can also omit liquid and serve as nachos over chips.
