Sticky Sesame Chicken

This is one of the recipes that I got at our friends recipe exchange.  It is simple, quick, and tasted great!  This particular one uses store bought popcorn chicken, and personally, we love that stuff.  It made what could have been a complicated dish into easy and fast and was on the table in no time flat.  Enjoy!

Sticky Sesame Chicken
Recipe by: Rachael Rainey (friend)
1 1/2-2 lb. frozen popcorn chicken
6 tbsp. honey
4 tbsp. ketchup
4 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. white distilled vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
Green onions (optional)
Sesame seeds
Cook popcorn chicken as directed on package.  In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk together honey, ketchup, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and salt and pepper.  Bring sauce to a boil while stirring and simmer for a few minutes until sauce slightly thickens.  Toss cooked chicken in sauce and serve over rice.  Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
