Cinnamon Banana Bread

This is a good variation of the banana bread that I love. It is a little different but tastes wonderful!! I go the recipe here. I changed it a little, just by adding cinnamon chips instead of chocolate chips and it turned out WAY better than I thought it would!! Enjoy!

Cinnamon Banana Bread
1/2 cup butter melted
3 very ripe bananas mashed with a fork
2 eggs
1/3 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
(you may add nuts or chocolate chips to your liking)
Preheat oven to 350
Prepare a loaf pan
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside. (This is where I added the cinnamon chips, this way they don't sink as bad.)

Beat butter, bananas, eggs and sour cream together. Add vanilla and beat again.

Add combined dry ingredients and beat until just blended.

Pour into prepared loaf pan and bake for 45-60 mins depending on your oven. The bread will be lightly brown, cooked through the center, yet still moist. Set pan on a wire rack to cool for 15 mins before slicing.
