The best snickerdoodles you will ever eat. They are so soft and delicious. To be completely honest, this batch was the second attempt. The first one was a massive fail. Like, they looked like I baked crepes. They tasted good, but not a cookie at all! I had to figure out what went wrong. It was driving me crazy! Apparently, when you leave out a whole cup of flour, they don't rise. Funny how that works isn't it? So, second attempt and it was beautiful! Go and try them out, they are great! Enjoy!
