This is something my family has made since I can remember. I love the meat on these nachos. It is so juicy and tasty! Brings a lot of flavor to the dish! Enjoy!
Nachos
1 beef roast, trimmed of visible fat
water
taco seasoning packet
Cook roast in crockpot on low, until cooked and shreds easily. When roast is done, shred the meat. Put it in a skillet and cook like taco meat. Warm meat up on stove, then add seasoning packet and water. Stir until cooked and seasoned all over. Put over tortilla chips, cheese, and any other toppings you want.
