Honey Mustard Chicken

I got this recipe from the Essential Food Storage Cookbook. It is an amazing cookbook and this recipe did not disappoint! It was delicious and both of my picky eaters loved it!! Enjoy!

Honey Mustard chicken
1 c. dried plain bread crumbs
3 tbsp. honey
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. lemon juice
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place bread crumbs in a shallow dish. Mix honey, mustard, and lemon juice in a shallow dish. Dip chicken into mustard mixture and coat both sides. Dredge in bread crumbs, pressing to coat chicken. Place in a 9x13 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 20-25 minutes or until cook through. Makes 4 servings
