
Marinated Pork Chops
4 bone-in pork chops (about 1-1/2 lb.), 1/2 inch thick (You can also use boneless)
1/2 cup Italian Dressing and Marinade
2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
Pierce both sides of chops several times with fork; place in shallow dish. Mix dressing and mustard; pour evenly over chops. Cover. Refrigerate 15 min. to marinate. Remove chops from marinade; discard marinade. Cook pork chops in nonstick skillet on medium heat 7 to 8 min. on each side or until cooked through.
