Mom's Million Dollar Fudge

This is by far the best fudge I have ever made or tasted! It is my mom's recipe and I love it! Sadly, Joe isn't a huge chocolate/fudge fan, so if I make it, I usually share it or bring it over to others. I made this for the Festival of Trees. The start of the holiday season! Hope they all enjoy the best fudge ever! Enjoy!
Mom's Million Dollar Fudge
4 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 large can evaporated milk
Boil 3 minutes stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Pour over the following:
12 oz. pkg. (or if you buy bulk chocolate chips like I do, it is 2 c.)
1 large Hershey bar (9 oz.)
1 jar marshmallow cream (7 oz.)
1 or 2 lbs. nuts (Optional).
Stir until all chocolate is dissolved; add nuts and pour into greased pan. Makes about 5 lbs.

  1. I'm not a big fudge/chocolate lover either, but I do love a piece of your moms fudge! This is a great recipe, and most people love it!! I also love the Festival of Trees, always a good thing to start off the Christmas season.

The pork chops look yummy, I'm going to try that recipe! It's always a challenge to find new ways to cook pork chops... :0) Love you!
