This is one of Joe's favorite things during the holidays (and actually any time of year!) This is his thing to make and I love when does! It is so good and the perfect mix of sweet/salty/crunchy/yummy! Enjoy!
White Chocolate Party Mix (White Trash)
10 oz. mini pretzels
5 cups Cheerios
5 cups Corn Chex
2 cups salted peanuts
1 lb. plain M&M's
2 pkg. (12 oz. each) vanilla or white chips
3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
Mix first 5 ingredients and set aside. In microwave safe bowl heat the chips and oil on med-hi for 2 minutes. Stir once. Heat at 10 second increments and stir until smooth. Pour over dry mixture and stir to coat. Drop onto 3 sheets of wax paper and let cool. Break apart and store in an airtight container.
