I am just going to apologize now for the lack of pictures in this post. I've been trying lately to do a step by step kind of thing. And I am loving it! But yesterday, was one of those days. I was trying to get caught up on house cleaning, trying make sure we didn't have an accident yesterday, make dinner, and not lose my mind! And in the process, forgot to take a picture until it was too late. But I will tell you, it was delicious!! Perfect for any kind of thing. Enjoy!
Brownie Bottoms
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. water
2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 pkg. brownie mix
1 pkg. (2.75 ox.)instant chocolate pudding
1/2 c. milk chocolate chips
2 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. butter, melted
Lightly grease the inside of the crock pot. In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, water, and cocoa powder; bring to a boil. Combine brownie mix, pudding mix, chocolate chips, eggs, and butter in a medium bowl; stir until well blended. Spread batter into prepared stoneware; pour boiling sugar mixture over batter. Cover; cook on high 1 1/2 hours. Turn off heat and let stand for 30 minutes. Serve warm. This can be doubled. Serve with ice cream.
