Anytime Cheese Biscuits

These turned out so good. They are a great side dish and compliment any meal. But then again, anything with cheese and bread, I'm all game! It came from Gooseberry 5 ingredients or less cookbook. Enjoy!

Anytime Cheese Biscuits
2 c. biscuit baking mix
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. margarine, melted
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Combine first 3 ingredients together until a soft dough forms; beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet; bake at 450 degrees until golden, about 8-10 minutes. Whisk margarine and garlic powder together; spread over warm biscuits. Makes about 1 1/2 dozen
