Ritz Parmesan Chicken

This recipe is DEE-Licious!I have had this recipe in my recipe box for ages and honestly have no idea where I got it. When my entire family LOVES it, then I count the day as a success. However, sorry there are no pictures. I didn't get them before the whole dinner was scarfed! It was that loved! Enjoy!
Ritz Parmesan Chicken
1/4 c. mayo
1 tbsp. lemon juice
25 Ritz crackers, finely crushed
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
4 small boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix mayo and lemon juice in medium bowl; set aside. Combine crackers and cheese in a separate bowl. Dip chicken in mayo mix, then roll n cracker mix until evenly coated on all sides. Place on greased baking dish. Bake 20 minutes or until it is cooked through.
