Banana Streusal Muffins

I made these muffins a while ago, and thought I posted the recipe but didn't. So here it is. I was going to do a revisit, but since it wasn't here to begin with, I will just post for the first time. I did two variations of it. One, I made just as the recipe calls for. The other, I made it into bread, and add some of my frozen raspberries from my garden. Both were delicious. I loved the touch the raspberries gave it. If you are adding those in, put them in frozen, or they will turn the batter pink and the raspberries will break up. This recipe came from Sisters Stuff Blog. Check them out! Enjoy!
Banana (Raspberry if you choose) Streusal Muffins (or bread!)
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 mashed bananas
3/4 c. white sugar
1 egg
1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1/3 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. frozen raspberries
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Fill muffin tin with muffin paper or spray bread pan with cooking spray. Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Then add bananas, sugar, egg, melted butter and nuts. if adding raspberries, fold into batter now. Don't mix them in, or it will break them up. Spoon batter into muffin cups or pour into bread pan. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, 2 tbsp. flour, cinnamon. Cut in 1 tbsp. butter until resembles coarse cornmeal. Sprinkle over muffins or bread. Bake in preheated oven for 18-20 minutes (if doing bread, it is a longer cook time. about 30-35 minutes) or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
