Just like the name of these cookies, they are SUPER easy. If you are ever in a pinch and need something quick, this is your recipe. It is from Betty Crocker. It uses a cake mix and taste great! Enjoy!
Super Easy Chocolate Cookies
1 box devil's food cake mix
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix cake mix, oil, vanilla, and eggs with a spoon until dough forms. Shape dough into 1 inch balls; roll in sugar. On ungreased cookie sheet, place balls about 2 inches apart. Bake 10-12 minutes or until set. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets to cooking racks. Cook completely, about 30 minutes. Store tightly covered.
