White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies

Mmmm...I have been craving these like none other lately! And boy did they deliver! I love macadamia nuts and white chocolate. A perfect mixture. Plus, it is the one chocolate that Joe will out eat me in. So I won't have to eat all of the cookies by myself this time! It came from 101 MORE things to do with a cake mix. Enjoy!

Macadamia Nut Cookies
1 white or yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 c. white chocolate chips or chunks
1/2 c. chopped macadamia nuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. With a spoon, mix cake mix, eggs, and oil together. Stir in white chocolate and nuts.

Drop dough balls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-12 minutes or until light golden brown around edges.

Remove cookies and place on nonstick rack to cool.
