Crack Potatoes

When you hear a title like that, you can't help but try it out! Am I right?  Because you know it is going to be AMAZING!  And this was!  It makes a great side dish to basically any meal! The recipe is from Duchess of Fork. I did make a little adjustment to ours. We have a ton of dried hash browns, so I just used those.  If you also have something similar, just add water like you usually would and cook like normal.  I just cut down the cook time a bit because the potatoes didn't start out frozen.  Enjoy!
Crack Potatoes
Recipe from Duchess of Fork
2 (16 oz) tubs sour cream
2 packages Ranch dip mix
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 (3 oz) bags bacon bits
1 (30 oz) bag frozen shredded hash browns
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix together sour cream, Ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese and bacon bits. Stir in potatoes, making sure that all are coated with sour cream mixture.
Spread potatoes into prepared dish and bake for 45 minutes to one hour.
Put on your stretchy pants and serve hot!
