Easiest Way Ever to Shred Chicken

If you are like me, you have been shredding chicken the hard way.  I saw on Pinterest  (yes, I may be a little bit obsessed!) an easy way of shredding it.  So I had to try it out.  Oh. My. Goodness!  It exceeded my expectations!  Even though it was hot and had just finished cooking, it took 2 seconds (may be an exaggeration, but 1 minutes, tops).  Just throw it in the Kitchen Aid with the paddle attachment and set on medium speed. And you have shredded chicken like this in no time!
