Chicken Salad Wraps
1 can white chicken breast meat, drained
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. cashew halves
1 c. seedless green grape halves
2 burrito-size flour tortillas
1 c. washed, torn lettuce
Combine chicken, mayonnaise, cashews, and grapes. Evenly divide and spread chicken mixture down center of each tortilla. Lay lettuce over chicken mixture. Roll each tortilla burrito style. Makes 2 servings.
